Analytics & Tracking

Your dashboard should say the same number your bank statement does.

We audit, rebuild, and verify GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad-platform tracking against your real revenue and leads. Nothing is left to report whatever the default setup happened to capture.

What we actually find when we open your container

Most tracking setups aren't broken in an obvious way. They're just quietly wrong, and nobody has checked in months. Nearly every container we open has at least one of these.

DuplicateGA4 · Purchase

Fires twice on the confirmation page, so reported revenue is roughly double actual.

MissingMeta Pixel · Lead

Never fires on the thank-you page, so every form submission is invisible to ad platforms.

StaleUniversal Analytics · Pageview

Still installed and firing two years after UA stopped collecting data. Dead weight, and it sometimes conflicts with GA4.

PII riskGA4 · Form Submit

Sending the visitor's email address as an event parameter, which is a real compliance exposure.

Every engagement starts with a full container audit, before we touch a single tag.

What's included

The full stack, not just a GA4 login

Tracking breaks at any layer, so we go through all of them, not just the dashboard you're used to looking at.

01 · Data layer

Page, product, and cart events wired to real fields

The raw signal everything else depends on, built to actually match what's on the page instead of guessed at after the fact.

02 · Tag Manager

A clean, documented GTM container

Audited and rebuilt, not another tag bolted on top of whatever's already firing.

03 · Conversion tracking

GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel wired and deduplicated

So the same purchase or lead isn't counted two or three times across platforms.

04 · Reporting

A dashboard built around the questions you actually ask

Not GA4's default report set. These are the numbers you'd otherwise be digging for manually.

How it runs

From broken numbers to numbers you can act on

01

We audit what's actually firing

We open your container and your GA4 property in debug mode and watch what fires in real time. We don't just read your setup, we watch it happen.

02

We rebuild the data layer and wire it properly

Every event gets pushed through a clean data layer once, then routed to GA4, Ads, and Meta from a single source, instead of each platform's tag guessing at the page on its own.

We verify against your real numbers, then wire up reporting

Before we call it done, we check every conversion against your actual order or lead data. Then we build the channel breakdown you actually asked for.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, since most of these come up before someone signs up, not after.
Don't see yours? .

Is this just Google Analytics, or does it cover ad platforms too?

Both. GA4 is usually the center of it, but conversion tracking for Google Ads and the Meta Pixel gets wired and deduplicated too, so the numbers line up across every platform you check, not just the one dashboard you happen to open most.

Do you set up e-commerce or revenue tracking?

Yes. It gets wired directly to your real order or lead data, so the revenue in GA4 matches what actually came in, not a default checkout-step estimate.

What about cookie consent and privacy compliance?

Consent mode and privacy-safe configuration are part of any tracking setup we do, not a separate add-on.

Can you fix tracking that broke after a redesign or platform migration?

Yes, and it's one of the most common calls we get. Tracking breaks silently during a redesign or migration since it's rarely tested before launch, and nobody notices until the reports look wrong weeks later.

Do we need this if we already use Shopify or WooCommerce's built-in analytics?

Built-in store analytics are a reasonable start, but they usually miss marketing attribution, ad-platform conversion data, and a real cross-channel view. This fills that gap rather than replacing what you already have.

What determines the cost and timeline?

The most useful starting point is your budget. Tell us the number you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what it can get you: how many events and conversions need tracking, how many ad platforms are involved, and whether it's a fresh setup or an audit-and-fix all shape the scope. No budget in mind yet? Describe your setup and we'll come back with a scoped quote, usually within a day.

Can I see examples of tracking setups you've done?

Most client work is covered under NDA, so we can't list it publicly. Reach out and we'll walk you through relevant examples that match your situation.

Do you work white label for agencies?

Yes. We handle analytics and tracking under NDA for marketing and SEO agencies who need this capacity without hiring for it. Deliverables carry your branding, not ours, and you set your own pricing to your client.
